Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the app. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app
• Use the app for unlawful or unauthorized activities
• Interfere with or attempt to bypass the app's security or functionality

2. App Functionality

The app provides virtual private network services intended to help secure your internet connection and enhance privacy.

You are responsible for using the service in compliance with applicable laws. We do not monitor, control, or guarantee the content accessed through the VPN connection.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may be available through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment processing and subscription management are handled through Apple's in-app purchase system
• Refunds are subject to Apple's applicable policies

4. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or continuous access to specific features.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including connection issues or data loss.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated or if continued use could create legal, technical, or security risks.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
